Took my sweetie out for dinner last night – took her to Applebee’s.  Applebee’s is one of her favorite restaurants; she loves their riblets.  There have been times when we’ve gone there and they were out of riblets and we left the restaurant without ordering anything – went to Ruby Tuesday instead and ordered THEIR ribs!  So you’d best believe me when I tell you she loves riblets!

Also gave her a pretty little necklace and some Godiva chocolates – her favorite!  So I’m on her “good list” today!

Of course the groundhog saw his shadow!  There are so many artificial lights surrounding his den so the photographers can get a good picture there is no way he could be outside and NOT see his shadow!  I can’t remember a time when he didn’t see his shadow!  Six more weeks of winter; that’s okay my winter clothes are still in good shape, and so are my snow tires and my generator.  We can handle it!
