One of the things that really bothers me a lot lately is how many people are relying on diet supplements for their nutrition instead of simply eating right in the first place.  A vitamin pill or a protein bar, or some kind of chemical disguised as a milkshake is a very poor substitute for an honest-to-goodness square meal.  I think it is a big mistake to just eat junk food and rely on pills and powders to keep you healthy.
