My wife has tried a lot of different types of vitamins in the past few years. She’s especially been interested in the “B” vitamins because she has heard that when someone has a lot of stress in their life that their body uses up a lot of the stored “B” vitamins. The problem that she has had, however, is that many of the ones that she has tried make her nauseous. We really don’t know how to deal with that issue!
