One thing I always like to do is too dress comfortably. I really don’t like to dress to formally as the buttons and fancy shoes tend to pinch me in the wrong places. Since I have to dress up a certain amount for work, I like to relax when I get home. A friend of mine told me about a site that has some really comfortable clothes to wear. The good thing is that it has clothes for both men and women.

The funny thing is that these comfortable clothed are actually uniforms. Isn’t that wild? They are what nurses and doctors wear to work and they are called scrubs. They come in many different styles and colors and they are surprisingly cheap. You can order them online from several different websites.

These clothes are becoming all the rage with certain people. You can look nice as well as be comfortable. Kids also like them as my daughter has some. She says many of the kids wear them as well. They go well with anything and keep you warm at night. I am thinking of getting some more and stocking my closet full of them. That way, I am certain to have whatever I need for any occasion.

Teenagers…

Tomorrow we are heading to my sister’s house to celebrate Brian’s, her youngest son’s birthday. He will be turning 13, another teenager in the family. I can’t believe how many teens we have these days, all of the kids are growing up so quickly. It should be a pretty good sized birthday party since many relatives are in town right now. I sure hope that Brian likes the army t shirt that I picked up for him considering how interested he is in the military as of late, which I’m assuming is a good thing for a young man these days.

American made products

Many people that I know have vowed to “only buy American made products” in an effort to support our troubled economy. To be perfectly honest, I have tried very hard to live up to that ideal as well. To be honest, though, when shopping at the local stores to buy new clothes, I have not been able to stick to that ideal. Almost every item of clothing that I see for sale in the stores has been made in a foreign country. For a while I determined to simply not buy clothes for a while, so I could take my time finding American made products. Well, today I went shopping at a local supermarket and found that the store had a large number of clothing items for sale for only $1. Yes, I said $1. Brand new dress shirts, dress pants, sweaters, sweat shirts, all for $1. I have to say that at that point in time I did break down and buy a lot of the items that were on that sale. I did not even look at the tags to see where they were made. I feel guilty, but what can I say, they were a huge bargain and my family could use the new clothes. Can you say you would have acted differently?
