For someone that doesn’t know a whole lot about the various life insurance policies that are available to all of us these days, the Internet is a wonderful resource to use to education yourself when looking to what universal life vs term life is all about. These days that have an insurance policy for just about everything under the sun and before I would sign on the dotted line I know that I would want to know what I was getting into and how it would benefit me and mine. Knowledge is Power.

One of the things that has my wife so upset is the controversy over whether or not an employer can be forced to provide insurance that will cover a woman’s birth control pills. And of course she has not been very happy with a certain radio personality’s take on the whole controversy. My wife was taking birth control pills for a few years about ten years ago as part of her hormone replacement therapy and they really helped her get through a tough part of her life. So she obviously has strong feelings about this type of insurance should be available to any woman that may need it.
